Gold Support
For severity 1 and 2 issues in your production environment, support is available 24 X 7 X 365. Support for severity 3 and 4 issues is available from 7:30am to 5:30 pm (CT), Monday through Friday except holidays.

Silver Support
Available 7:30am to 5:30 pm (CT), Monday through Friday except holidays.
