DataExpress Integrity NonStop (DXINS) is a HP NonStop (Tandem) server-based application for secure managed file transfer. Robust solution enabling customers to schedule, route, format and securely transfer business-critical data over both public and private networks. DataExpress links legacy systems with current technology trends while supporting mission-critical transmission needs, including data security, reformatting and data validation services traversing and embracing multiple protocols.

- Applies common scheduling, tracking and error reporting methodology to the transmission of files taken from various communications or storage sources.
- Addresses need for special reformatting with data validation, translation, duplicate file detection and basic data mapping
- Tracks progress of each file through the transfer process.
- On-screen alarms alert the operator in real time.
- Notifications dispatched to remote monitoring applications or devices.
- Transmissions secured by userid and password.
- DataExpress initiated or remote initiated collection and distribution.
- Ability to send or receive scheduled and unscheduled transmissions.
| Supported Protocols |
Profile Synchronization |
Connect: Direct Interface |
- FTP Client/Server (including optional SSL/TLS secure FTP and SSH)
- 3DESConnect: Direct Interface
- Asynchronous: X-modem, Y-modem, Z-modem, Kermit
- Bisynchronous: 2780/3780SNA 3770
|
- "Static" are the files that are maintained by Operations personnel using the on-line screens
- Synchronizes static files across multiple DataExpress nodes:
|
- Manages Connect: Direct traffic on the same platform as other transmission protocols.
- Automatic submission and tracking of processes to Connect:Direct.
- Automatic recording of the success or failure of Connect: Direct jobs.Includes a failover feature to a secondary remote node

FTP/S Transmission Module |
SSH Transmission Module |
- Provides Internet browser visibility into DataExpress.
- Makes it possible for a file trading partner to monitor the DataExpress system on a secure and controlled basis:
- Inbound file status
- Outbound file status
- Transmittal totals
- Designed to be integrated into existing Internet offering. Each remote user logs on with a unique user ID and password, which defines their visibility.
- Remote administration to handle tasks such as password maintenance and profile maintenance.
- Software Requirements
- HP's OSS
- HP's iTP Webserver or iTP Secure Web server
- TCP/IP Network Interface Card
